Very functional and lightweight
I’ve had the opportunity to cook with these as my everyday-use home skillets for about a month now, and I have nothing but positive experiences to report.I was skeptical when they first arrived because they’re so much lighter than the pans I replaced with these. But I found them to heat every bit as efficiently and evenly as the other non-stick pans I’ve used, and the non-stick material is top notch, making both cooking and cleanup a joy.After using for a month, I can’t speak to the number of years these will last me. But I can recommend them in the sense that, if there was going to be a frustrating flaw that would prevent these from being effective cooking utensils, I would’ve found it by now. And there are no such flaws that I can report!I especially recommend these to anyone prioritizing light weight in their search for everyday-use nonstick skillets.Are these going to sear meat or heat as evenly as a $500 stainless steel skillet? Of course not; that’s not what these are intended to accomplish. But I’ve found them to have all the flexibility and utility necessary for a daily-use home skillet set and there’s nothing I’ve attempted to cook in these that’s failed…at least not because of the skillet lol. Nonstick 9 1/2 inch deep frying pan
This is a great 9 1/2 inch frying pan/skillet set with lid. It’s deep so I can even make homemade soup for 2 in this pan. This pan has a nice long handle and its cool touch. It has a tight fitting glass lid so you can see your food cooking which I like that. It has an even cooking temperature. I’ve done a lot of steaming of vegetables in this pan since I got it. I absolutely would recommend this pan and yes, I definitely would order again.

This deep pan is my favorite
These Sisem Nonstick pans are fantastic. I use the deep frying pan almost daily It holds an entire 16 oz box of cooked pasta plus sauce and meatballs with room to stir. No other pan I own is this deep, love it. The small frying pan is perfect for eggs. The bottom is very flat so the eggs stay put and it heats evenly. Also is great for grilled cheese sandwiches. Great coating and durable. Perfectly designed set and the glass lid is also pretty great. Easy clean up, lightweight and comfortable handles.
