I use a dishcloth, and if there is some stubborn cooking material, I use a melamine sponge

Great pan, perfect size.
This is a very nice deep frying pan. I initially thought the 11 inch size might be a little smaller than what I wanted. Turns out the size is perfect. The glass lid fits securely and has a small vent. When it arrived it was well packaged with a protector around the lid, the pan and the handle. The handle does come unattached so you will need to attach it with the included nuts and wrench. My package included three nuts so there is one extra if one comes off and is lost. There are instructions for cleaning it before the first use. It can't go in the dishwasher. The pan has a very good non stick surface.

Heats up quickly. Has a good depth for frying chicken, making pasta & sauce, or other dishes. I am impressed with the non stick surface. The cool touch handle is as advertised; which I really appreciate! The lid fits tightly on the pan. It advertises you can use metal utensils with it, but I prefer to use wooden or silicone. I always hand wash and dry my pans and do not put into the dishwasher. I am not sure of the durability and will update this review if I notice any issues.I hope this review has been helpful
