Beautiful Polished Finish, Effective Non-Stick Cooking Surface

This nonstick skillet with its matching glass lid was an excellent addition to our culinary repertoire. The pan is made from high-quality stainless steel, highly polished on the exterior and with a laser-etched honeycomb design interior surface. This designs purports to provide even heating across the entire cooking surface. The skillet has side handles, similar to a Dutch oven, which bolt onto the sides of the pan with acorn nuts. The studs are spot-welded to the side of the pan in the correct, symmetrical location. The pan comes packed with the handles and lid grip disassembled; they must be fastened to studs that are spot-welded to the outside. A convenient wrench is included to assemble the handles. I felt apprehensive to torque the acorn nuts down for fear of either pulling out the spot-welds or stripping the studs/acorn nuts – it felt fragile to me. Ultimately, I was able to secure the handles without breaking anything and I have to say, the assembled pan is a beautiful and functional piece of cookware. You can use it on all stovetops, it combines the features of a seafood rice pot and a frying pan, ideal for various dishes. So far, everything we’ve cooked in it has released easy – food doesn’t stick! Offering uniform heat, it is great for cooking eggs, fish, and more at lower temperatures, making it a smart choice for health-conscious cooks. I’m glad we got this pan; it’s now one of my favorites.

It is not nonstick pan.

Its is no even close to non stick. Unless it is gravy type everything will stick to the pan. It ruined so many of my food. I have try to use it for so many items. Potato, onions, garlic, chicken, beef, beans and many more everything got stuck. Not worth of spending money on this.

Assembly required, a little shallow

If you preheat the pan it is a very decent non-stick surface.Cooked eggs, no problem.Lid seals tight enough.You have assemble the handles yourself. They provide tools.It’s a little shallow, so it is a little use limited. But works for non-stick.
