The pan is doing a great job at being nonstick so far. No complaints. Bacon doesn't stick and clean up is super easy. The only question is how long it will remain this way. But for the price, it's a good deal. I'm not sure why the handle is made in China though. The pan itself is US made.
This was for my husband who makes breakfast. The eggs are so much better.The heat is even and the non-stick is real! It cleans up easily. Great weight and so easy to handle.Best gift I have given.
I tried an older variant of these Nordic pans and was disappointed by the thin sheet metal that dinged easily and the poor nonstick.I was subsequently curious to try this new product line of theirs and was blown away. The nonstick is equal to my best pan I use for eggs and it has a much thicker metal structure that evenly heats at a relatively even, constant rate. so it's actually difficult to burn stuff, and when I do I can just wipe the burnt residue off with a paper towel swipe. After 2 months of daily use for frying I haven't noticed any damage yet, so I'm totally sold.I'm probably getting the 12 inch pan to complement my 8 inch pan next. It's just so much easier to use and clean than my current large pan.Edit: After 6 moths the Nonstick has largely worn off, but it's still usable. I'm getting a new one though, because I'm lazy.
Not as heavy as I thought. Handle is a little loose. Cooks well and lays flat. That's the important thing. I bought this one used so I got it at a good price but I would never pay $70 for this pan.
Works wonders for stir fry. We use it at least once a week. Easy clean up, too.Food cooks evenly. I'm no master chef, but I feel like I'm actually cooking when I use it.I don't use a lot of oil, and it still works great.
I’ve had this pan for a few months now. For the first month, they cooked well and were truly nonstick. Now every time I cook anything it sticks. Even when I use butter or oil, I’m stuck scrubbing egg off. I never use it on high heat and always hand wash. Very disappointing as these were highly recommended.
This pan is fantastic! No need to spray everything just slides right out!
