Nordic Ware is great!

The Nordic Ware Brillant is a great pan for your baking. I baked brownies in it for the Christmas holiday and it was wonderful to not worry about them sticking or burning around the edges before the brownies had finished cooking. A definite plus to my old glass cookware and old very thin aluminum pans! The sides on this pan will not warp.

Looks great but is way too thin.

Non stick works well but scratches easily on the oven rack. The pans are VERY thin and so things can get burned very easily. We made the same batch of cookies using two different pans for the same time and the pans on this one got burned. They were on the top rack too. You should only use these with a silicone mat, which defeats the purpose of them being non-stick. I liked that there were different sizes included but I won't be using them in the oven anymore due to how thin they are.
