Amazing Nut Cracker
This is an amazing product. I like that it holds the shell after the nut has has been cracked. It’s easy to hold and use. It doesn’t take up much space. It got the job done and it didn’t take long. It looks heavy but it is very lightweight.

You need this if cracking nuts for snacks is your thing
I am OBSESSED with this nutcracker and so is my whole family. Every Christmas without fail we have a big bowl of nuts in the shells and everyone walks by and cracks a few to nibble on occasionally. It's something I got from my parents who grew up in the Depression and it's something I always enjoyed and so I brought that to my family. Although I will admit it gets harder each year to find the nuts. That being said, the thing I never cared for was the fact that no matter what nut cracker I used there would always be shell debris flying around with little sharp pieces getting in the floor or entire nuts that weren't properly centered being fired like bullets across the room. Not with this genius device. Put the nut in, squeeze, turn upside down to empty. Perfect nut cracking, no shell or nut pieces flying. Perfect nut cracking control. It's a thing of beauty. Hazelnuts in particular came out utterly perfect without a shell or any damage to the nut at all. And walnuts were fantastic too along with pecans. Almonds required a bit more precision in how you placed them in the device but were still workable.My aerospace engineering daughter and her girlfriend both came home from Christmas and were fascinated with the way this worked and so was my eldest son. When you can make 2 passionate rocket scientists and a medieval weapons expert be intensively intrigued and debating the engineering forces and mechanical action of a nut cracking device for the better part of an hour, you've made something pretty special. Getting one for everyone next Christmas.

Super sturdy nutcracker solves the mess and is SO easy to use!
This nutcracker’s design is revolutionary compared to the basic hand-held type I grew up using for pecans. The cone shape is designed to fit various sized nuts and catches broken pieces of the shell for an easy, mess-free experience. The entire thing feels thick and solid and heavy in hand while taking minimal effort or grip-strength to crack even the thickest of nutshells.The cone shape is genius for accommodating various sized nuts all in one tool. The inner mechanism is grooved to grip the nut securely and only crushes in a little with a squeeze of the handle, squishing the nut up against the inside of the funnel to crack it. Smaller nuts fall further down into the narrower part of the cone, while larger nuts stop higher up. The inner gripper mechanism that cracks the nuts slants along with the tool’s cone shape, meeting any sized nut where it stops in the funnel. Upon first use, I was surprised at how little effort and squeeze it actually takes to crack a nut. I was expecting to have to grip the handle until it was pressed up against the side of the tool, but the nut itself stops the squeeze when it cracks— larger nuts require less depression of the handle. The only non-metal part of this tool is the cap, which serves to prevent pieces of shell from spilling or flying out during use, protecting one’s eyes.Overall, I’m impressed with the functionality and durability of this tool. As easy as the tool makes to crack them, the only downside might be eating too many nuts. :)
