My son was on a pecan obsession for Christmas this year so we got him this nut cracker. It's held up under the extreme use of a four year old with countless drops, bangs, and step-ons. Plus it's super cute!
My husband used this for twenty minutes then it fell apart?! This will be sent back.The pin that secures the handle to the cracker isn’t long enough to go completely through to hold it in place. Had it 1 day!
I love this nut cracker. It's very cute and works really well. The cracker itself is metal, and very sturdy. The plastic shell (squirrel) is showing a little wear at the contact point of the metal tail, but its held up well. I would buy this again
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. It's super cute and is much heavier than it looked. He has used it on a whole bag of walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, and pecans and it's still working great. The only issue was two tiny screws fell out after we used it the first couple of times. We can't figure out where the screws came from and it still works well, so not sure what's going on. Hopefully, it will last us a long time and we won't have any problems. It's a cute nutcracker that I don't mind having out on the counter.
really cute. But I had some trouble blending getting it to crack different size and kinds of nuts. since my hands are on the weak side I had to squeeze really hard.
My hazelnuts came out whole!!! I found out the trick is to keep them a little higher than straight to the bottom. I love this nutcracker and it’s sturdy, so I believe that it will last a really long time. A joy to use!
Not even worth 1/10th of the price. Screws fell out upon first use and felt like the quality of a Happy Meal toy. Wild to me that a person priced this so incredibly high - DO NOT BUY.
