Just a great wok!
I pre-seasoned the wok in my oven four times as instructed in the instructions - the outside twice and the inside four times. The wok is well-seasoned as the photos show. I have used it a few times now and the finish is perfect. No rusting or red spotting some people have described. It cleans up easily with a scrubber and warm water (I haven’t had to use a salt/lemon juice treatment yet for cleaning it). There has been no hard sticking problem precisely because it’s been well seasoned as instructed. I give the inside a light spritz of cooking spray after cleaning and wipe with a paper towel. An excellent wok that I’m happy I bought.

Beautiful design and quality look, expect will function well too
Just received this wok today. I'm building my new kitchen with an aesthetic as well as functional focus. The wok is beautifully designed, wooden lid gives it a certain authentic look. It's heavy as expected for a cast iron pot, will expect it to function just as well as my other cast iron pots.

Great Wok Buy
Even though it was already seasons to a nice charcoal grey, I made it almost pitch black. I like a nice rich black color on my cast iron. This wock took it like a champ and is a great buy. Quality handles that are poured into the mold, rather then attached. The base is nice and level and the interior cooking surface is just about perfect for holding slow cook items like veggies to teh side while the meat or other items cook in the heat well. Overall a great purchase.

Solidly built
This wok is a heavy sturdy item. The handles are part of the main body of cast iron - they are not separate pieces. The bottom of the wok is formed into a solid flat area that keeps the unit stable and transfers heat uniformly to the rest of the wok. The wok was advertised as seasoned and non-stick, but my wife had to oil and bake it a couple times to season it properly. She has used it a couple times with no complaints.

I haven't had a chance to spend that much time in the kitchen yet but this wok is perfect for making quick hot meals, it's a great size and weight, and the wooden lid is a great addition. It feels like a a very earth-friendly, healthy-cooking product that will last me for years. It looks so nice that I'm keeping it on the cooking plate as decor when not in use. I'll definitely look at other products nutrichef has to offer.

It’s just not like it shows in the photograph online just not happy with the overall look
I like itthe productDamage the pan look like it’s been used The pot holder’s Looks like they’ve been used not happy with thatpackage was damaged. The top is not the color that show’s in the photograph not happy with that. It’s a darker brown. This one is a lighter brown. I don’t know. Maybe it’s the wood.
