Love the color. Holds heat. Fits in my Anova and Ninja ovens. Very well made.
I had a very old and rusted cookie sheet I was using that was small enough to fit into my Anova and Ninja ovens. I always lined the old cookie sheet with aluminum foil, but finally decided it had to be retired. Since all of my other cookie sheets were to large for either oven, I had to find something that would fit both ovens.I found this set of NutriChef cookie sheets, and love the color. I ordered 2 sets and was very impressed with the weight and quality of these cookie sheets. So, what do I love about these cookie sheets?1) They are a heavier weight than many of the cookie sheets that I have.2) Both of these cookie sheets are the perfect sizes for use in both of my ovens.3) Since these cookie sheets have a carbon steel base, the hold heat much better than those made of aluminum.4) These cookie sheets do not warp at higher temperatures as many do.5) The nonstick finish works very well and make them rust resistant. I still line them with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.6) Since carbon steel holds heat, baking time is less than it would be when using aluminum cookie sheets.7) Since these cookie sheets have a nonstick finish, they don't need to be seasoned as carbon steel pans need to be.8) Considering the prices for inferior cookie sheets, I believe this set of 2 cookie sheets is a great value for the money.I would highly recommend these cookie sheets, and plan to replace the couple of aluminum ones I have left if I can find the sizes.I hope this review was helpful for you.
