Thicker heavy gauge pans are great for cooking. Best Non-Stick pans I’ve ever had.. I always warm pan with TSP OIL, then use 1/2 napkin spread the oil around. Then go ahead With my usual Cooking method. BONUS.. on inside of pan there are no metal handle bolts to scrub, so wiping and washing is a breeze.

I bought this set in teal. I absolutely love the color! I have used this set for about a month. The finish is quality and has not chipped or flaked. This is THICK cookware. The only issues I have is that the frying pans do not seem to get as hot as I need them to get a good sear on meats and veggies [possibly due to the thickness of the pans, or because I use a glasstop (non-induction)] I also wish there was a lid for the larger fry pan.
This is the most beautiful cookware set I have ever had. This is comparable to Caphalon or what my favorite cookware was "Club" a heavy duty aluminum with porcelain enamel exterior which lasted 17 years, which I gave it to a neighbor as it still looked good. This is thick, almost 1/4" and has a fantastic nonstick that requires no cleaning! You can literally wipe it clean with a paper towel. Food slides right out. I was able to flip eggs over like a pro. The heat conducts evenly and browned food perfectly all over, no need to keep moving meat around in the pan. I have an electric range now after 22 years with gas and I had no problems with burning. I do recommend taking the pan off the burner once the food is cooked as electric burners take time to cool down. These also are good for convection ranges which most cookware in this price range isn't. I hand wash these which is so easy since it's the best nonstick I have ever seen. Professional chefs always hand wash their pots and pans. The chemicals in dishwasher detergent bleach out the color of the enamel, which is so special. A stunning soft metallic teal that is unlike any finish I have seen even on really expensive designer cookware. It's so beautiful I am ordering a copper pot rack to display it on the wall. I highly recommend this excellent set that will make you smile everytime you use it. The double handled dutch oven looks gorgeous as a serving dish too.
I don't have any complaints about it actually I was a little surprised as I was looking for a set this was not my first choice but I'm glad it is now because it had more frying pans than the other ones did I thought it was a dark turquoise but it was telling me it was green and gray but when I got it to me it looks like a dark turquoise well anyway I like it I was having trouble with my cookware set that I bought when I move to my new apartment actually I bought two sets and both of them were sliding off the stove I called maintenance because I thought my stove was on level even though it was a little over the stove and then eventually they ended up giving me a new stove will come to find out it was the floor that's a little unlevel but nevertheless I they were light but I bought them also because I didn't want anything too heavy my 1st set was a T-fal and the 2nd was 3 piece copper set and I bought that for the color and because they were lighter being a senior I was concerned about something too heavy but I also had another problem with them they would slide off the burner a little bit so I would be just very careful on how I cooked I put up with it I was just very uncomfortable about them so when this year came and I promised myself I would just buy myself another set and as I was reading this and another said I was looking at and what caught my eye this one was because it had three frying pans and I really want it the frying pan and I like the medium pot so I went for this set and I'm glad I did very very pleased with it first day I followed the directions washed it put oil in it heated the pants up and everything was just fine they cleaned well I know one thing they hold the heat even after you turn the electric burner off so your food is still warm well pleased with it 🌝 I was so pleased because I don't normally give a review until a few months later when I buy something from Amazon cuz that's the only place I shop I also did something else I threw up all the old pots and pans that I had the next day that's how Pleased I was of the set
