It's a perfect fit for my largest cast iron pan. It washes easily after use.I had tried using aluminum foil, but this is so much better in all ways.

A well-made solid, good looking skillett lid, which I purchased for the " Non stick" skillet I had bought earlier, which didn't comme with a lid. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, too small, not sure if the skillett was misidentified or the lid, but can't give it five stars as I didn't use it. An easy return thanks to Amazon!
