These pots, and frying pans are great! Food does not stick, easy to clean. Love the blue color my kitchen has a nautical theme. Also really like the vented glass lids. You can see food while cooking vent prevents boiling over. I would highly recommend these pots and frying pans.

Tougher than other nonstick

This is essentially an aluminum pot with an encased steel bottom. The inside surface is basically a high temperature ceramic enamel. Great nonstick interior, no signs of damage after 4 months of gentle use at medium low heat. It only needs low heat, with a little patience, it simmers and boils very well.
