Perfect, self-release pans

This was our third time to order these Bundt pans. Excellent quality, excellent heat distribution, excellent product every time. No stick, no fuss. This pan is our gift, along with a master recipe for box cake modifications, for weddings or house warmings. So very happy we found these.Note: as per usual advice, I turn my oven temp down 25 degrees due to the dark interior. Also, the size of this pan is accurately a 10 cup Bundt, not a 12 cup. I use cake mixes with the usual additions of oil, sour cream, and eggs, and they fit beautifully. However, this pan will not hold and cook a 12 cup mold recipe.
