Sturdy, well-made, and very easy to use. The stainless steel feels durable, and the spring-loaded release works smoothly, making perfect scoops every time. Comfortable to hold and great even with hard ice cream. Excellent quality—highly recommended.

I love this!!! When I use the other style of cookie dough scooper, that flat part inside the bowl of the cookie dough scooper always breaks!!!!! With this style I don't have any problems at all. The dough comes out so easily and still has the round shape!!!
This is worth its weight in gold, I love the older style works so much better.
Nice scoop, love the release feature. Only critique I have is that there should be a cap on the open handle because as you scoop, that end digs into your hand and is uncomfortable.
This scoop makes somewhat rounded balls of ice cream, but the release mechanism for getting the ice cream out of the scoop only works when the ice cream is very hard, otherwise it presses into the "round" ball of ice cream and doesn't cleanly eject the ice cream from the scoop.
We love this scoop! It's easy to grip and easy to empty the scoop.
