These make my sourdough loaves so much easier to handle because they are lightweight and perfect size actually for the slices to fit in a regular size toaster! They have been great! Good quality & compact. I use one for the top as well, therefore baking 4 loaves with 8 pans. Works well!! Lemme know if you try it ;)
Absolutely love these pans!! They're perfect for bread, meatloaf, cakes, and much more! I really appreciate that the shape keeps your food uniform from top to bottom without tapering. Perfect for sandwich bread. I do recommend lining with parchment paper or silicone when baking bread or cakes to be sure it comes out clean, but overall, my favorite bread pans. They're nice and thick for even baking and clean easily! Great value! Highly recommend!
Bread bakes very well in these pans! I bought them so I could make 3 loaves, and use three pans as covers.
These are pretty great for bulk baking. Im happy with them not being nonstick/toxic but I will say your bread will stick if you aren’t using something thick like cold butter or tallow to oil them with. For some reason when I use avocado or olive oil the loaves just stick. You can fit about a 900g loaf in there and it works great. They stack well and are easy to clean. These were a great budget buy before investing in some stoneware or cast iron.
So I've been making bread at home for the past year and bought these pans due to the size and shape. Very straight sides and the same dimensions of a typical Dave's Killer Bread loaf you'd buy in the store so they are the perfect size for a standard bread loaf recipe. They work perfectly! One tip we learned was making sure you grease the pans with butter rather than olive oil for a clean release. This is important as when we tried olive oil the bread stuck! We've so far done farmhouse white and whole wheat's. We've even done Italian loves in this for that perfect sandwich bread and so far, they work flawlessly. No staining or rusting, easy to clean and still look new. Any issues we've had with these amount to user error that was easily remedied by using the correct grease and when done, these release like non-stick.
Love these stainless steel pans. Not only do they look nice but they bake more evenly. I don’t put them in a dishwasher as they are easy to hand wash. Want to keep these for a long time. Best ones I have ever owned.
Small and light weight for use in my rv. However the pans darken in the oven. So they are nice for the first couple of uses. Can be harder to clean so make sure to use a nonstick spray!
