Great Pan
Love this pan — I’ve been looking for one like this and I’m so happy I finally found it. It feels sturdy, the size is spot on, bakes evenly, and cleanup is easy. I’m buying another one for my bestie.

l feel the pan is too thin
This square tube cake pan is huge, 18 cups. It is non-stick aluminum that measures approximately 9” x 9” x 4.5” for tall bakes. This pan is designed for easy release nonstick baking. Its sturdy, light weight, and seamless so a light grease and flour should allow your cakes to just fall out, no sticking. The aluminum allows for even heat. There are no sharp corners or straight edges making clean up easy. This cake pan is ideal for Angel food, chiffon, sponge, and pound cakes. Great and uniquely shaped cake pan. Hand wash, no dishwasher use, and do not use metal utensils as it will scratch the pan. Love it.
it says it's non stick but my pound cake stuck and ruined the cake
This cake pan is the perfect size for my small family. I have not used it yet but it feels sturdy and well made. It doesn’t feel heavy and I believe cleaning it won’t be an issue. I look forward to using it to bake this coming week.
Top quality angel food/bundt cake pan! Lightweight, this unique square featured aluminum, non-stick pan measures a large 9”x9”x 4.5”; large enough and deep enough for the perfect home baked Angel food cake! The pan itself doesn’t appear to have any particular specialty inside coating, just the regular aluminum finish(outside is same as inside). It very much reminds me of an Angel food cake pan my grandmother had owned- way back in the 1960’s(and her pan produced PERFECTION, each and every time)! The square shape is a bit different, for sure, and the one cake I made thus far (a regular box-mix supermarket yellow cake), yielded a rather thin yellow/gold cake-and much more dense than a typical angel food, but that was because of the mix I had on hand. I’d anticipate an Angel food style cake to be taller, thicker, fluffier and less dense. I WAS concerned about the cake sticking(which is why minus one star, which it didn’t, but I’d well-greased it prior to baking), as well as whether or not it would cook all the way through, completely ( which it did). I really like this pan… again, it brings back the nostalgia of grandmas in my youth, it performed well and released the cake without any issue sticking. It was easy to release the. Take in one piece, and easy to clean up(I filled it with hot soapy water and allowed it to soak. I hope next to actually bake an Angel food type… and will try to remember to update this review when I do. Overall, it’s a light, aluminum style pan that performed well overall. Time will tell!
This is a nice, seamless square Bundt-style pan. First thing I did after washing the pan was make a pineapple upside-down cake. The aluminum pan is a good conductor of heat, and the central chimney cooks the insides nicely. I didn't know I needed this pan until I got it. I can foresee making many other things, from cakes to meat loaves, in this pan. I highly recommend it.
