Thin but works great.
Pros:This item can be wrapped around a hot bowl in the microwave, allowing you to remove it without getting burned. It's an effective alternative to bulky oven gloves that don't grip well and can lead to burned fingers.It's easy to clean, as food simply rinses off.It helps to keep the microwave clean. I would rather clean one of these than remove the glass turntable and risk breaking it.Cons:The product is too thin and flimsy.It may be too large for smaller microwaves, and it would be helpful if it came in a 10-inch size. option.

Microwave spill mat
I purchased this item to leave at all times in my microwave to catch any spill overs when I am cooking. So far it has worked fine, I bought this one over the other choices based on price and I wanted a purple color. It does the job my only complaint that really isn't a complaint is that it is thinner than expected but it doesn't keep it from doing the job I want it to do.

I would rather clean one of these than remove the glass turntable and risk breaking it. I like the two pack....one to use while the first one is waiting to be hand washed after a splatter. Very easy to clean. It could probably go in the dishwasher, but I prefer to wash with the daily pans and knives. No odor when new or while in use. Fits the microwave turntable perfectly.

Beautiful color, but extremely thin
Love the color of these silicone mats, but they are very thin. They are so thin that you can see through them. They cannot be used on the things I need them for, which defeats the purpose of having them. Being so thin, they cannot protect my hands, or surfaces from the extreme heat of glass or metal utensils when taking them out of the oven or the microwave oven, which is the purpose of buying them.
