Excellent quality. Appropriately large size. I had ordered some silverware to replace some spoons, too, but they were weirdly short. These were nicely sized and have a lovely substantial quality feel. Very happy with this purchase.

I got these on sale here when I was looking for more teaspoons (inevitability those are the ones that disappear the most). If I had replaced the spoons from my current set I would have been paying $35 for 6 spoons. I saw this deal and was like, well who cares if they don’t match... its spoons and don’t we all have more important things to worry about these days? So I bought these super cheap and thought they’d suck because of the price, but ya know...spoons. They are actually heavier and sturdier than my pfaltzgraff set, so while they lack the fanciness of those, they’re much more practical for everyday use. Very happy with these.
If you are looking for dinner ware that will last, you would be pleased with these dinner forks. But, I thought these would have more of a metal shine to them. They have a matte finish to them. However, I am not going to return them just for this reason. These forks are very sturdy, and worth the money!

The Oneida “Dinner Spoon” is my favorite spoon. After decades my flatware was a blend of purchased and gifted, but there was one spoon that was my favorite. I looked for a long time to find the set that matched this one spoon. A Google photo search finally lead me to the Oneida Vale set. BINGO ! The Oneida Vale Dinner Spoon is larger than a teaspoon, but smaller that a tablespoon. It’s Perfect. Great weight, smooth edges, good finish. I will be buying more spoons soon.
I love how heavy these forks are.
