Good For Making Quantity

I ordered this to make it easy to make Onigiri and because it is wood and not plastic. It's a larger size than what I usually make but it's fine. It's a simple tool to help form Onigiri quickly and easily. If you are making it in big quantities this can help make your work a little quicker by pressing and molding. I do appreciate that it is wood. It's easy to wipe clean. I have room for storage but some may struggle with a place to store it given it is a larger and inflexible item.

Fun and very hands on

Its very hands on and fun. Prior, I would make them with zip lock bags using the corner to shape the onigiri. But stuffing them with filling was a bit difficult this way. The bamboo molder is easier to shape and to fill with filling but was bit of a challange to push them out. Regardless little by little they were pushed out and came out perfect triangles.
