A great baking pan that's easy to clean.

This is a great baking pan. The 3-inch depth has solved a longstanding problem in our kitchen. My wife has always made casserole dishes like lasagna in her favorite 2-inch-deep pan, which predictably resulted in food bubbling over in the oven. She's very resistant to change and flat out refused to use a 4-inch-deep pan I brought home, but when I finally convinced her to try out this pan, voila - problem solved. As a bonus, the bottom edges of the pan have a nicely shaped radius that fits your fingers well, making cleaning easy.

Safety first!

I’m giving up on all the nonstick pans and pots and going with stainless steel. It’s the most versatile size, is easy to clean and looks fine. It’s a lighter gauge than the nonstick pan I’m retiring but worth the relief of knowing I’m using cookware that is not releasing chemicals into our food.
