Love it!Took me a few minutes to figure out assembly, but looking at the photo on Amazon cleared that up for us. It was the easiest turkey lift ever after roasting, even cooking, strong, quality built! Was going to order another, but it's unavailable! Was hoping to get it at that price again for a relative. But...open to paying a bit more. If they list it again, BUY IT!
Works well, replaced another brand’s task . Easy to clean. Reasonable price.
I wanted to buy the Cuispro version for the holidays last year, but by the time I was able to, the price had doubled. Too much! This rack is a little more basic than the cuispro, but it does fit in the full size roasting pan. It does take some time and patience to line up the pin and holes properly and the last one is the most difficult you may need another person holding it steady for safety’s sake. It was sturdy once put together, And I’m looking forward to using it. And it cost less than 1/3 of the cuispro. For use to maybe three times a year I think that’s a great deal.
I bought this to replace a non-stick rack that I never did like and then it became Rusty so I had to throw it away. I always picked the turkey up with two large turkey Forks which were awkward and heavy. This alleviates that as you put the whole rack and turkey on your platter and then pull the pin and it just comes apart so nicely. No more picking the turkey up. It also has the bonus A fitting in the dishwasher easily and it is stainless steel so it should not rust. I highly recommend and yes I paid full price for it and I am glad I did.
The two halves of the rack are so poorly manufactured that it is hard to insert the pin that ties them together. I may return the item for this flaw alone. In addition, the rack would be more useful if the two handles were not bent out as they are. That makes it hard to get the cover on my roaster when the rack is in place.
Good works well
I bought this to replace the cuisinart version which I had for 7 years but now the nonstick teflon is peeling. This version is not as long as the cuisinart one but that’s okay. It is awkward to put it together but not a deal breaker. I’m hoping it doesn’t rust. I haven’t used it yet likely won’t until Thanksgiving 2025.
