Great meat lover tools.
Been wanting to purchase this kind of meat slicer for a a, finally got this good deal, my whole family loves eating meat, especially pho noodles, but eating pho noodles must have a thin layer meat in the soup, this is a great way to slice up the beef brisket from Costco, the size is it is perfect for a residential use, works perfectly fine, and it’s not that heavy so I have lifted it myself, you can choose the size of the piece you want, I even bought a big chunk of New York steak and sliced with it, save us lots of time too, and the cleaning of it was easy and fast , love it, recommend it.

good and convenient
The electric meat slicer is a great addition to any kitchen. It's powerful, easy to use, and slices through meat. The adjustable thickness settings are a standout feature, allowing for customized cuts. Cleanup is straightforward with removable parts, though some areas may require extra attention. It's sturdy and feels durable, but it's a bit noisy during operation. Overall, it's a time-saving tool that delivers consistent results and is worth the investment for home cooks, espeically for hot pot!!! It's sharp!!!! Stay away from kids!!!!!!!

Good for the price
So far so good, I’ve only used it once but it worked well and wasn’t hard to get the hang of using it. For the price, I’m pretty happy with this.

can only run for 5 minutes then needs 15 minute rest.
The most important thing to understand about this slicer is that you're not buying a professional-grade machine, so don’t expect pro-level performance. I bought it as a test run to see if I liked roasting my own meat and slicing it for sandwiches, and I chose this model because it was budget-friendly. For that purpose, it served its role. That said, I had realistic expectations, and even then, I ran into a few frustrations. I sliced about 6 pounds of medium-rare round roast, and it took 3 hours across two sessions (not including cleaning). The biggest issue? It can only run for 5 minutes at a time, and then you have to let it rest for 15 minutes. I likely missed that detail in the product listing, but it’s something buyers should be aware of, especially if you're planning to do any kind of batch prep.Another thing: while the slicer technically goes down to 0mm, it really struggles to produce ultra-thin slices, which is a letdown if, like me, you prefer paper-thin deli cuts. ON the thicker cuts, or when the depth measurement opened up a little from my pressure on the slicing plate, it cut really well.As for cleaning, it’s a pain. While the blade does come off (which helps), meat tends to get everywhere—under the depth adjustment, into the blade gears, all over. I’ve had to use toothpicks to clean it out completely. If you’re just making 1 or 2 sandwiches, it’s hardly worth the time and mess. To me, it only makes sense to slice a full batch and deal with cleaning once (or twice, in my case). In the end, I’m not disappointed because I went in knowing this was an entry-level machine. But I was let down by the runtime limits and the cleaning hassle. If I had to do it again, I’d go for something a step up from this—not full commercial grade, but definitely beyond this model.
