This is the cutest kitchen accessory I’ve purchased and practical too. It makes me smile every time I use it. You have to check out their other kitchen accessories too, the Nessie soup ladle and the mama Nessie colander spoon. Get their products for the young cooks in your life or the young at heart!
I know this cute flowers are built to withstand the heat from the steam coming from a cooking pot but I choose to buy them for decoration purpose — in my kitchen these flowers are so adorable and my fascination is when I turn on the kitchen ceiling fan they start spinning and the flower power is adorable. — I can’t wait to see what else they are going to build for my kitchen— I love them 😍
Perfect for my pot when I boil or cook food , just clip it on the side of the pot, no need to open lid or slide on side when boiling, avoiding a big mesh on stovetop, flower is pretty while watching it spins with steam, nice gift to moms and friends who cooks, nice invention

I love the flower, its one of the cutest things in my kitchen and matches my lime-colored utensils.My unvented lids always made a mess when steaming, especially while cooking rice - that starchy mess is tough to clean up. This does what it needs to, vents my pot lids to prevent that bubbly mess. It holds up nicely to the heat and I throw it in the dishwasher with the utensils for an easy clean.But it's not perfect. The root area that sits on your pot is made from silicone - great for heat resistance and cleanup but is too soft. This causes my flower to sit loosely on the rim and hangs off at an angle. It does not sit straight up to allow the petals to turn in the steam unless I fuss with it. It still vents and prevents the mess, it's still cute.Please add a little extra support inside to grip the root to the pot - maybe even a clip to make this perfect.(I should add, my pots are thin walled, this may not be an issue if your have thicker pots)
I am down on anything cute and functional. This product hits both. The little fan tells me when my cooked meal has cooled down enough to store it safely in a Tupperware.
