Cute and Useful
I pretty much have the whole Nessie family and I couldn't get enough of them. I'll consolidate my review of all the items in this one.The colander spoon is a neat idea. It does the job of straining pasta, fruits, and vegetables from water. It is sturdy and durable. The only thing I advise for this utensil is to keep it on fruits, pasta, and vegetables only. I wouldn't advise using it on stew as the spoon may discolor (especially for the lighter colored versions). The soup ladle is also a good one. I have read the other reviews about it not standing on its own, but from doing a quick test with large tomatoes in water, it just needs to be weighed down by something heavy to make it stand up in the pot. I don't really mind it not standing up if the contents are loose. It still does the job. I got the reddish-purple version as I would mostly likely be working with actual stew or curry with this one. It may discolor, but that won't discourage me too much since it's a darker color. The pasta fork is the third utensil I got. It stands up and grabs the pasta, which is what it's supposed to do. Papa Nessie does his job of getting my pasta into my plate. The Miss Nessie egg cup is durable and cute also. I've never had soft boiled egg in an egg cup before so this will be an interesting experience. I may also use it for small toppings/condiments with my other food.My favorite Nessie gadget would have to be the tea infuser. It's one of the "babies" in the family. I absolutely love that thing. My first tea infuser was also a dinosaur one, but it had worn out over time so I needed a new one. This one is sturdier, more vibrant, and more adorable than the last one. It just looks like it's taking a hot bath! Now, there have been times where bits of loose leaf tea have floated up from the infuser due to the leaves being smaller than the holes. I've had that experience many times before and don't pay any mind to it. The infuser does the job and for making tea, I am more than satisfied with it.The sugar spoon is another one of the "babies" of the Nessie family in my eyes. It's durable, it's shiny, and great for scooping sugar, or putting in honey or spices in drinks. A great partner to my Nessie tea infuser. Finally, I got the Nessie bookmark, the last "baby" in the family. That one is a cute idea, but it does have one disadvantage. Every time I open my book, the bookmark would fall out. Sometimes, I would even lose my spot in the book. Just be sure to hold onto both the bookmark and the book when you open it otherwise the bookmark will fall out.The Nessie family is worth it. This shop is definitely recommended. Will shop here again in the future.

So adorable and sturdy for something plastic
Its so adorable, Ive had it for years at this point. It hasn't deformed when used in hot soups. I love filling it up so it can sit at the bottom of the soup, the little head and neck sticking out.

I ordered 3 different colors and only got one real Ototo Nessie. The other 2 were knockoffs
I ordered 3 different colors. One teal and it's the only real one I got. The other two, the red and green were not real. I submitted photos showing the differences between them. The Teal (only real one I got) Nessie is nice and a quality product. You can tell it sets better and feels like what I expected. The Green one did not come with a product board, it was simply in a plastic bag. The Green one wasn't that bad it is a little more top heavy and is much easier to tip over, but overall not that bad. The Red one came with a product board, but it was single ply and was missing information that was on the real product board. the red one had flashing in the eye and dips in the on the inside where the legs are. There is some discoloration at spots on it. It is the flimsiest of the 3 and the easiest to tell that it wasn't a real Ototo Nessie. After saying all of that. All 3 are usable and the average person most likely wouldn't notice the difference, except the red one, but even it is still usable. Again I added photos.

Cute and functional ladle
This was a Christmas present for the wife. It's another cute kitchen utensil, but unlike a few others we have, this one is actually totally FUNctional. See what I did there? It is only a ladle, so there's not much to it and I didn't expect it to do anything except..ladle stuff. And it does that pretty well. It's scoop is about the same size as the other ladles we have and it performs just as well, it just looks 100 times cuter and cooler doing it. You could have a normal ladle just hanging out against the side of your pot. Like some lazy loitering stick. But what's that do for you? Pour you some soup and that's about it. This thing will sit in the pot, staring back at you, making you question every other purchase for your kitchen you've ever made. Why don't my other utensils penetrate my hard outside armor and find their way into my soul with their subtle yet overpowering cuteness? WHY WON'T YOU LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT SPATULA??????Anyway, it's made of pretty tough nylon and doesn't mind sitting in a boiling pot. It scoops up a decent amount. The only small issue I have is it doesn't stand very well on it's own and tends to fall over onto its face. Not an issue while it's in a pot of whatever though. And how many of your other ladles would even ATTEMPT to stand up like that? That's right, not a one.

Not as stiff as I want
Works great. Cute. But it bends a little more than I like in the neck. It’s not very rigid.

Cute, but Flimsy
I like having this on the counter, it's something folks think is cute. Unfortunately, it's really flexible. I find the neck bending and it doesn't work for stews or anything with heft. So, it's mostly a conversation piece, and the occasional tomato soup.
