Made me giggle - I had to buy it
Nessie was on sale during Prime Days and I had to get her. She is mostly used for soup and stews. Nessie has tiny legs that let her stand in the pot to let you know she's watching over its contents. She's easy to use, easy to clean, very sturdy. Soup and gravy have never been more fun to serve!

Cute and Useful
I pretty much have the whole Nessie family and I couldn't get enough of them. I'll consolidate my review of all the items in this one.The colander spoon is a neat idea. It does the job of straining pasta, fruits, and vegetables from water. It is sturdy and durable. The only thing I advise for this utensil is to keep it on fruits, pasta, and vegetables only. I wouldn't advise using it on stew as the spoon may discolor (especially for the lighter colored versions). The soup ladle is also a good one. I have read the other reviews about it not standing on its own, but from doing a quick test with large tomatoes in water, it just needs to be weighed down by something heavy to make it stand up in the pot. I don't really mind it not standing up if the contents are loose. It still does the job. I got the reddish-purple version as I would mostly likely be working with actual stew or curry with this one. It may discolor, but that won't discourage me too much since it's a darker color. The pasta fork is the third utensil I got. It stands up and grabs the pasta, which is what it's supposed to do. Papa Nessie does his job of getting my pasta into my plate. The Miss Nessie egg cup is durable and cute also. I've never had soft boiled egg in an egg cup before so this will be an interesting experience. I may also use it for small toppings/condiments with my other food.My favorite Nessie gadget would have to be the tea infuser. It's one of the "babies" in the family. I absolutely love that thing. My first tea infuser was also a dinosaur one, but it had worn out over time so I needed a new one. This one is sturdier, more vibrant, and more adorable than the last one. It just looks like it's taking a hot bath! Now, there have been times where bits of loose leaf tea have floated up from the infuser due to the leaves being smaller than the holes. I've had that experience many times before and don't pay any mind to it. The infuser does the job and for making tea, I am more than satisfied with it.The sugar spoon is another one of the "babies" of the Nessie family in my eyes. It's durable, it's shiny, and great for scooping sugar, or putting in honey or spices in drinks. A great partner to my Nessie tea infuser. Finally, I got the Nessie bookmark, the last "baby" in the family. That one is a cute idea, but it does have one disadvantage. Every time I open my book, the bookmark would fall out. Sometimes, I would even lose my spot in the book. Just be sure to hold onto both the bookmark and the book when you open it otherwise the bookmark will fall out.The Nessie family is worth it. This shop is definitely recommended. Will shop here again in the future.

So adorable and sturdy for something plastic
Its so adorable, Ive had it for years at this point. It hasn't deformed when used in hot soups. I love filling it up so it can sit at the bottom of the soup, the little head and neck sticking out.

Cute, but Flimsy
I like having this on the counter, it's something folks think is cute. Unfortunately, it's really flexible. I find the neck bending and it doesn't work for stews or anything with heft. So, it's mostly a conversation piece, and the occasional tomato soup.
