I love this but..
*UPDATE*I was able to get a replacement before the window closed so that was pretty awesome! It was also shipped very quickly!I really love this blendie cup! It’s super convenient and hassles free. Just a little fyi the blender won’t work unless the cup is screwed on the way it should be!If you’re on the go it’s a must-have changing it to 5 star!!(ORIGINAL REVIEW)This product is great for on the go smoothies! I love it a lot. It’s a little bit hard to clean the cracks and crevices of it sometimes but if you soak in cleaning solution it helps.The only issue that I am noticing is that I have left it to charge two days in a row on the charger and it’s been dead so I haven’t been able to use it in two days. I am not sure what I am doing wrong! When I figure it out I will then come back with an update.Overall, it’s a great investment and even better price than the one advertised on Tik Tok.

Worst blender. Don’t bother.
This little blender worked maybe 5-10 times and now it won’t even turn on, fully charged. There are a number of reasons this purchase wasn’t worth it, even before it stopped working:1) capacity. Because the little blender part goes up into the jar and displaces your ingredients, the capacity is way too small.2) weak. I put pineapple, banana and ice into it and it was too weak to blend. That’s weak!!!3) Shape. Looks trendy, but the shape actually sucks. Ice needs to go furthest from the blades, which means you have to load it upside down, so the ice goes in the neck. You can put very little ice into it.I would not buy this again and I would not recommend it to others.

Perfect gift
I bought the blender cup to surprise my wife and she loved it, she started making smoothies and milkshakes even tried to make a slushy. Overall it's a fantastic portable blander. Down side though make sure after washing the blender cup to dry it completely before charging, my wife forgotten to dry the bottom of the cup and ended up getting the charger port corroded after just one time. Once the port gets corroded the charging power is limited and it feels like it dies quicker.

Wish it was made a little better
Update: Excellent customer service. They read my review and made good on sending a replacement charger and more! Would definitely do business with this company again.It was great while it was working. The product itself did not stop working but the charging connection has three spring-loaded pins and one of the three small pins is either missing or broke off inside or something. It could be bigger for sure and glass instead of plastic. Blended powders with fruits and water very well for what it is. My only complaint is their charging method and the fact that I cannot seem to contact the company in any way for another charger. It's really a shame because I love this little blender but for less than 30 days unfortunately. Going for the Ninja portable blender this time. Three stars because it worked well in my opinion. I probably could have been more gentle with the charging device and got more life out of it for sure.
