(couldn’t find my photos of the rack by itself. The video shows it being used)The rack is very sturdy shape. White shape will hold many pounds of whatever you’re putting on. It worked great for a meal. I’m glad I bought this. It was highly recommended and I highly recommend it. Easy to wash. Easy to take care of little hint after it dries, just dust it with a bit of oil so it does not rust.

Versatile Shape But Rusts

The rack cradles roasts and birds, making the meat stay stable. It lifts them up away from the pan so that heat can circulate and drippings can collect below. While practical and strong, the finish of this rack started wearing off in the first few uses. The black finish comes off in sheets and when I put this rack through the dishwasher, it came out rusty. I have rubbed avocado oil on each wire to help clean off the rust, and going forward I will probably cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and poke holes in it to drain the drippings. This is obviously not stainless steel.
