I love my pot. Its a beautiful (sapphire blue) color. Made beef stew last night it was perfect. While browning the meat it did stick a little even with the olive oil but as soon as you add water and stir it came right up. Couldnt believe how quick it cooked the stew. Good for stove top and oven use

I lost my last cast iron Dutch oven, and this is the one I bought to replace it. It's nice and heavy, the paint job on it is gorgeous, and it doesn't burn my food on the bottom. I use it to cook soups and stews on top of the stove, as well as baking bread in the oven. This is a pan I can see as being a hand me down to my kids and then their kids and so in and so forth, and I expect it to be able to stand up to all the years of use. I'd recommend this pan to anyone

The pot is beautiful and large enough for a good size roast. It does stick a bit but hopefully with time that will stop. It did have a spot on the side where it looks like the glaze didn't cover well and those 2 things are my only complaints. Otherwise this is a great pot and came with extras, which I love! They sent cute little pot holders, a heat pad and cookbook which I thought was a nice touch.
