Beautiful, very useful bowls
I got these for my father in law for Christmas as he eats a ridiculous amount of soup for one man. He was really happy with the size, the handles, and especially the lids. I think my mother in law is going to steal one for herself so I might have to get her some for her birthday!He says they microwave nicely and don't get too hot. The lids have kept their shape after multiple uses and washes.The color was as expected, the bowls look much more expensive than they were. I would buy these for anyone in my life (and will probably buy them for myself soon).

Big boy!
This thing is basically a bowl with a handle on it. Gigantic! I laughed when I opened the package and saw it.I preferred this one because of its wide base. Unlikely to tip over. The spoon is also ceramic. Good quality. The silicon seal on the lid should make it last longer. Can't complain at all. Even if the lid eventually warps, It still can be used a normal bowl or gigantic mug for your coffee at home.I wish it came in other colors! I'd love a grey or black!

Great bowls, but the lids pop off!
Love the bowls and the spoons. They’re perfect for my miso soups and stews. Nice and heavy, easy to clean and they hold a lot. However, the lids pop off. It’s not enough of an issue to where I’m going to send them back, however, there’s no way I can give it 5 stars with THESE LIDS.

I've bought a few of these over the months, they are my go-to bowls for microwaving soups, stews, ramen, chicken-n-dumplings, anything that will splatter in the microwave. They're thick and heavy, a large roomy size, easy to clean, the lid seals perfectly and the vent works great. What's not to love?

Practical Quality
This may be the first item I am reviewing immediately after unpacking. My disdain for typical sellers packing goes back almost six decades. The first thing I noticed was the exceptional packaging Adewnest employs! A perfect fitting cardboard inside the outer cardboard and no styrofoam. The third cardboard box was a practical size. My typical experiemce is to receive the outside card board carton probably twice the size of the contents and a few worthless plastic pillows. As soon as I saw the my respect grew. The vented lids are superior to a similar mug I have. The fit is perfection as is the vent. The shape of the lid is better than other vented items I have. The handle is excellent, the simple finish excellent and slightly denser bowl which may help retain heat? Adewnest does not have the potential cancer warning label. It possibly indicates a better quality materials? There are no negatives. The other 38 ounce cup was to have a larger capacity vented cup. The Adewnest was to hopefully be of higher, affordable quality. YES
