The new surface is a major upgrade from 3 years ago. We systematically replace these pans when they shoe signs of breaking down.The last set lasted 3 years.They are versatile.We ignore dishwasher safe and always wash by hand . We also use discipline with soft utensils.
This was a great purchase. Pans are easy to clean, and were great value for money.
I purchased my first 8 & 10” nonstick OXOs about five years ago when they were listed as one of “the best” non sticks by most all the legitimate online reviewers. I used them everyday, never put them in dishwasher, always cooked with a little oil, and never over heated them. They provided three and a half years of solid, nonstick service, until understandably starting to lose their nonstick properties. My two replacements have been total disappointments after just a few months! Thinking I may have received a bad batch, I ordered another, which hasn’t lasted two months! Not sure whether they changed mfr, coating formula, or just poor quality control, but I’m done.
I’m absolutely loving these pans, definitely live up to the reputation. The non-stick surface is fantastic—food slides right off, and they’re incredibly easy to clean. The design is sleek and beautiful, and they look great in my kitchen. Overall, I’m really happy with everything about these pans. Highly recommend!

Really like these pans. They work better than a lot of nonstick pans that I have tried.
I go into purchasing non-stick pans with the mindset that they should last a couple years. While I would love them to last longer, non-stick coats tend to flake off and lose their stickiness - and ceramic usually isn't very non-stick.I have been very surprised by these pans. They require little fat for excellent non-stick properties. For example, when cooking eggs I will use about a tablespoon of butter even on the 10' pan full of eggs without issues with sticking. The ceramic has no signs of wear after a couple months of use. I use the OXO silicone spatulas, I would not use metal on these.The pans are also sturdy feeling in your hand.
