Buyer Beware
We bought this as a gift for our bookworm daughter in law. It looked so cute in the pictures. Upon opening it, it was immediately obvious that we'd been had. The mug itself is smaller than it looked (to me, anyway) and was made of a cheap plastic material. The part that actually holds the liquid is slightly larger than a shot glass. The coloring was from sloppily applied paint. I did not expect it to be a practical mug, but I did expect it to be very cute and pretty. This thing was such ridiculously poor quality that I would not have paid $1 for it.Whatever. Free shipping/free returns, right? So we returned it. The seller claimed that they received another item in it's place and charged us. So we ended up paying for an ugly mug that we don't even have. Pretty shady! You've been warned!

DON’T GET BAMBOOZLED!
DON’T BUY! I was in such a rush to get this before Christmas, I didn’t even look at the reviews. It’s almost laughable at how absolutely different this item is than the picture. It’s literal temu quality. It’s not glass, it’s plastic, small, and looks nothing like the photo. We all got bamboozled with this. I’m still gifting it as a joke though.

Mugless in Hickory!
Ok! Just delivered. Now I know why the ratings are so low. It’s like a bait & switch. I loved the pictures. They are absolutely beautiful. It’s small. It looks plastic & dull except for the end where the handle is. There’s a slight shine there. Very disappointing. So glad I decided to wait before ordering more. Looking at the pics I took it looks pretty, but it’s not as pretty as it looks. Not sure it’s worth the money.

False Advertising At Its Grimmiest!
This is false advertisement at its grimmiest. It says 3.9 inches tall and the picture depicts the spines and pages being slightly transparent, with a thin and elegant handle, the entire thing is shown to refract light. But when my sister opened her gift, she was greeted by what can only be described as a chunky shot glass. The "mug" isn't even taller than a lighter, the colors are all wrong and cloudy, the book pages are opaque and not see-through in the slightest and the handle is thicker than in the picture. It is cheaply made, seems like it would break if you poured any hot liquids in it and is nothing like the picture at all. The entire thing is completely wrong, you wouldn't even be able to enjoy a double espresso in it, let alone a full cup of coffee. Thanks for ruining my sister's birthday present.

Poorly molded plastic…
This is a poorly formed piece of plastic crap. It holds less than 6 ounces and is not designed to drink from. I purchased three of them, hoping to give them as gifts, but will return them. The photo used in the sales ad is very deceiving. It is a tin cup molded with plastic. VERY disappointing and grossly overpriced.

The listing showed a beautiful, stained-glass-style book-themed mug—but what I received is a cheap-looking plastic mug with a metal interior.
