The Pancake Batter Dispenser is a handy tool for making pancakes without the usual mess. The squeeze-grip handle and no-leak nozzle offer great control for precise pouring. However, I found that mixing the batter directly inside the dispenser is difficult; it’s hard to mix efficiently, and you often end up with stubborn flour chunks at the bottom. Therefore you need to use a bowl, so it’s now an extra thing to clean which I was trying to avoid. Cleaning can also be a challenge, as batter tends to get stuck in the tight crevices and can be nearly impossible to remove completely once dry. While it's feels like a high-quality, durable dispenser I would pass due to to lack of being able to actually fully clean it after use.

High-quality construction
This is one of those things that I didn't know I wanted until I saw it, but I'm glad we got it. We have pancakes regularly and occasionally make crepes, and this is especially good for the latter (see the video).It really is well designed. The volume is perfect - bigger would be hard to hold and smaller would require many refills. The open/close valve works very well. You do have to hold it carefully to not accidentally open it, but using both hands I didn't have any problems.The only complaint we have is that there is a tiny place inside the valve that gets batter in it and is hard to clean (see photo). Apart from that it cleans up easily and quickly.
