Different shapes may be received

First batch, pancakes were FLAT but I might have over mixed.Product received was different shape from main photo.Lid has slight leakage, only noticeable with thinner liquids.Hope this gets posted, first attempt froze my tablet then disappeared.1/21/26 tried another batch...pancakes not quite as flat but still far from fluffy. The mixing ball did not work for me, got all gummed up with batter, had to remove it to clean it and mix the batter and create more mess. Next will try the whisk instead before throwing in the trash.
