My favorite go-to knife daily

I guess I am officially an adult because I have a favorite knife. I use this for everything as much as possible. Not just for tomatoes. The quality is great. It doesn’t rust it works for bread and meats and just about everything in the kitchen, but I do not use it for onions and I rarely use it for cheese, except I will use it on a firm piece of cheese. It is definitely my go to knife. The blade is not super thick, but it is not thin at all and you can not get a better knife for the price. This is definitely my favorite knife. I probably use it every day at least once. Now I have more than one.

Should a knife with a 4.7 inch blade get at least a 4.7 rating?

I bought this particular knife as a kitchen tool to cut almost everything. The picture showed larger than average half crecents for each serration which is what I prefere. I was not disapointed the blade is exactly what I was looking for. The handle is good but not exceptional in that it is a little thin to fit comfortably in the hand. It still is 5 star due to the rigidity of the blade and its sharpness. The balance of the knife is also very good.
