Very sharp. Love them. I have hand arthritis and wanted a knife with a handle that wasn't too short or too long. And same with blade. I use it to cut my veggies for a salad for one. It's a bit long of a blade for paring but good intermediate for light cutting when a chef knife is too much. Ease of use great.
