Perfect party favor for kids’ birthdays
I got these for my daughter’s rainbow-themed 3rd birthday party and they were definitely a hit. They come in a variety of bright colors, each with a different loopy shape. I really appreciated that they come in a pack of 30 instead of the usual 24, because it’s always nice to have extra party favors on hand just in case. We were expecting 22 kids but ended up needing extras for siblings and last-minute RSVPs.These were a hit with both toddlers and school-aged kids. My daughter usually drinks from a straw cup but insists on using a sippy cup for milk, and these have actually been a fun way to encourage her to use a regular cup. I was pleasantly surprised that they also worked for smoothies, though they’re a bit hard to clean afterward, so I wouldn’t recommend that unless you wash them immediately.They’re about as durable as any standard silly straw. Just note that they’re not dishwasher-safe, since the heat can cause them to warp.

I am a 3rd grade teacher and I got these for my class. My students loved them! They liked the different colors and the different loops and designs that each color had. They were the perfect size for kids and the students had a lot of fun using them and drank more water that day than they ever have! They seemed to be a decent quality and held up to the kids using them and "playing" with them. It appears it would be easy to rinse soapy water through them to clean them. If you use them with milk or a sugary drink, I would recommend rinsing them immediately after using them and not letting them sit. The kids liked that they were very easy to see through and could watch their water making the loops through the straws.

Inconsistent Quantity

Long, but trimmable
I got these straws for the grandkids to use at Christmas. They had fun with the crazy straws, watching the milk go round and round through the straw. Up and back down again. They did have to suck harder to get their beverage, which is to be expected- unless you're 5. If you're 5, you don't get that the longer the tube, the more work you have to put into it.They are long enough for a tall glass, but I trimmed them to fit a smaller glass without tipping. The colors are vibrant and fun, and they worked well. I'm sure you could wash them, but it was Christmas, and I had enough dishes without adding straws. ;)So I'd recommend these straws. They'd be fun with kids at gatherings. They would make great take home gifts from birthday parties. And there are enough colors that the children could swap and everyone leave happy. I would buy these again.
