This attachment makes homemade pasta so easy! It connects right to my KitchenAid mixer--no extra setup needed. The rollers create perfectly even sheets, and the cutters make spaghetti and fettuccine in minutes. Cleanup is quick, and the pasta tastes amazing. We really like the Pasta Maker Aid by KERUYUNLA. It took awhile to get the hang of preparing the flour for spaghetti, but once I had gotten that part of the process down, this attachment is very easy to use and works very well. Each time I have used the pasta maker, I have found that it is very easy to clean as long as you clean it right away instead of letting it set and the leftover residue dry. I mentioned to a relative that regularly makes pasta and spaghetti and other food dishes, and was told that the Pasta Maker Aid by KERUYUNLA actually looks like it is built better than the Kitchen Aid attachment they use. In comparison to the name brand Pasta Maker, the price point of the Pasta Maker Aid by KERUYUNLA is a real deal. For those who are just getting into making their own pasta, I would highly recommend the KERUYUNLA!Five stars!
This is such a nice addition to your KitchenAid stand mixer, if you have always dreamed of making your own specialty pasta. I was so excited to get this attachment kit, and order a few bags of semolina flour at the same time I ordered this attachment kit. Practice makes perfect and I felt like a little kid making her first batch of cooke dough. With a few tries I got better at it, and there is nothing like serving up pasta dishes that you've made completely from scratch right down to the noodles. It's a messy clean up but I wash the attachment parts right away when I can so that I don't have to deal with dried, stuck on dough. This is a fun and delicious use of your expensive KitchenAid stand mixer that helps to justify the cost, especially when you don't use it that often to bake all the wonderful cakes you promised your spouse he'd get to enjoy. Haha!
The pasta attachment for KitchenAid mixers has not got the workout I expected when it was ordered last fall, but that is not because of any problems with the product. Because of changing schedules and dietary considerations. we only used it three times this winter. After a small learning curve on the first use, we were able to produce noodles or sheets at will. It is a nice stainless-steel product, but it can be a little tedious to clean if you use anything but the flat rollers and have sticky dough. Frankly, for just sheets of pasta it is easier to do it by hand, but if you want noodles, this is nice.
Product fits into the kitchen aid very well, it's not an OEM product. They are stainless and very heavy duty. I can see that cleaning the noodle makers could be a little hard since they aren't submersible. Overall, it seems to be a good off brand product.
