Time and work saver pasta maker for Kitchenaid stand mixer
My family have been making all kinds of food by ourselves since SIP. And we all like pastas and noodles. So I bought an Imperia counter top pasta machine to make fresh noodles by myself. After using it for one time, I found it was so hard to make noodles just by one person. So I return it and bought this set of pasta maker to work with our Kitchenaid mixer (I didn't bought this at the beginning due to the expensive price). But what a live safer! I could easily make fresh noodles all by myself and didn't need any help. And it saved me so much more time than the Imperia one! Only one small issue that you need to be careful is that the thin noodle maker is a bit tricky to use. You have to cut the end of the flat noodle sheet streight to make it roll in easily. Otherwise you would think it might be broken. It took me about ten minutes to figured it out. It didn't have any problem on the other 2 parts. So over all, this set of pasta maker for the Kitchenaid stand mixer is worth the extra money and could save you a lot of time and work. The fresh made noodles and pastas taste soooo goood!!!

The box is much heavier than it looks than the picture. It feels very solid. I tried to make noodles, and worked very well. You Do need to make multiple passes to have a nice flat dough then one quick pass for the noodles. Don't worry if the dough broke into smaller pieces in the first few passes. It will become nice and smootb. I didn't wash it but only wiped it down. It wasn't hard to clean. Just don't immerse it under water.

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for
I love making home made pasta . This makes my life much easier. It attaches to my kitchen aide and leaves my hands free to work the dough instead of trying to crank and handle the dough at the same time. Made the fettuccine the first use. Have used it a few more times . With the weather getting cooler I am sure it will be used a lot more.

Spaghetti Attachment is hard to use
The spaghetti attachment does not roll in smoothly. No matter what thickness, it needed to force feed so the cutter would grab the dough. Once the dough grabbed, it started to fold and cut into uneven pieces because it was not feeding in flat and even. The pasta roller and fettucine attachment worked perfectly. I have tried to contact the seller but got no response. They seem to delete all the bad reviews.Update: I was contacted by the seller and issued another set to try again. After trying it, the fettucine attachment wouldn't cut easily. All others are fine. I would give it 4 stars just for the customer service.

Pasta roller - initial issues, great customer service
The set we received had a pasta roller that did not fully seat in the Kitchenaid, not matter what we tried. It also squeaked loudly as we rolled pasta. The settings, which are supposed to be from 0 (widest) to 8 (finest) are backwards in the model that we received. Might return the unit, but due to Amazon’s poor return policy and the unavailability of this product I might have to go with something else.Fettuccine and Spaghetti cutters work fineEdit, August 2020: after posting this initially negative review I was contacted by the manufacturer’s customer service team. Good Product and Customer Service
I found it easy to use the attachments on my KitchenAid mixer. There was one glitch. Two of the three attachments worked well but one did not work at all. After contacting customer service I was immediately advised they would be sending out a new set, which arrived a few days later. All three attachments work great and am pleased with the response from customer service.
