I have no picture. I gave it as a gift to my son and daughter in law for their new home. During their Christmas dinner party, her sisters asked her where she got it. They all love the look, sharpness , weight , ease of use, it’s perfect for its function. I shared this item from Amazon and they’ll order it too.
This knife is well made, comfortable and balanced. Sharp right out of the box. The Paudin packaged the knife in a nice sturdy box. I have used it so far to slice bone in ham, turkey and a fabulous brisket. I like the way it slices.
Really great knife set for a great price. I'm sure professional chefs, and maybe even serious foodies who carve a lot, may opt for the pricier German knives, but for the few times per year I carve, this is a just a great knife. Very sharp outta the gate. Still sharp after a few turkeys, a chicken, and some roasts.
This is a quality carving knife at a very fair price. I received and used it on Father's Day to slice several Ribeye and T-Bone Steaks. Worked great. This has a very nice handle and a harder stainless blade with 58+ hardness rating. Be careful using this knife as you can easily cut yourself, which I did on my last cut. Can't wait to use this to cut a Brisket cooked on the grill.UPDATE: I cooked a brisket on the grill and used this knife to slice it up. Smooth as butter. Worked Great. I am very happy with this carving knife and glad I purchased it.
Good night very sharp. I got it for Thanksgiving. It’s a little longer than expected for a turkey but works great on meat.
Great carving knife and fork. Extremely sharp, so use caution and pay attention when using it. It’s a good weight and feels good in my hands. Carves with precision and is quite durable; will last for years to come. Would recommend.
I bought this knife to use for a brisket we did for Thanksgiving. The knife is fantastic, it went through the brisket like butter, literally!
