Good blade, bad balance

The blade is nice, strong, and looks nice as well.For me, it has stayed sharp using it as my main chef knife with very minimal sharpeneing.The downside of this, if using it like my case instead of a chefs knife (I like the surface area for picking up material), is that the weight of the handle is double (or feels like it) the weight of the knife.For me, I just drilled holes in the handle which made it lighter, but I would much prefer a balanced knife instead.It is cheap, which is what makes it great and the blade stays sharp longer than other cheap ones I have tried. I would recommend it for butchery, but not as a chefs knife without modification.

I've had this for 6 months with constant use, and I haven't found any issues. It needs to be sharpened every once in a while, but that's expected. The knife itself is beautiful, feels great in my hand when I use it, and it's easy to cut with. I also love that it includes a sheath so that you don't get cut when you put it away and take it back out.
