Cannot say enough about this knife. Feels great in the hand. Both me and my wife have been using this several times a day since we received it. Veggies, meat (raw and cooked). Slicing, dicing, cutting the tuff ends of asparagus, thin slicing of differing meats: sharp and smooth. Perfect length. Just cut up a small watermelon, I could skin it so close I had to go back and take a sliver off here and there. Don't hold back, if you need a new knife, buy this. You will not be disappointed.
