Love it just the right weight doesn't stick. Matter of hact trying to see if they sell a full set. Pan is deep as well good size I would have liked a 14" to do 4 mountain eggs. I love cooking and this was just the perfect pan to replace my old wok. It was super easy to assemble. Came with a regular size screw driver, glass lid and silicone mittens for handling the side. The wording on the outside pan made me so happy. The weight of the pan was perfect and I could balance it nicely. Cooking capacity is quite large great for our family of 6. Cook time was cut short and super easy to clean.My husband was also a big fan of this pan. The non stick coating was awesome. We only used a little olive oil spray to get a nice crisp when we cooked certain foods. Two months later after using this pan everyday for everything I decided to make pancakes and I used medium heat. After making about 5 pancakes I noticed the oil and heat combined with pancake mix didn’t pan well cuz it got stuck. I believe this happened due to certain spots not being covered cuz I went from cooking 3 smaller pancakes to 2 bigger ones and the pan started to turn caramel brown and sticky. I knew the coating must of got ruined from the look. It was hard to wash off I tried soaking it, reheating pan, pink stuff and nothing helped. Now it’s not non stick for almost half the pan. My hubby and I are both sad. We were so happy to cook in this big cooking pan until the pancakes came along. Overall it is a fantastic pan but the coating came off so just be careful. Cook with caution. Cuz once I got the markings it was not the same.
Skillet works as decribed. Food slides out of the pan. Easy to cook with.
I will definitely buy another one
