I like to make my own meals on the go, I make ramen using noodles (not the ramen package noodles but the lower sodium kind from the chinese section) and coffee/hot coco, or even spaghetti. While I wish they were dc voltage, they do work on certain lower cost 500w inverters, but they take twice as long to heat up. They do heat up quite quick on household 120v.I haven't tried the percolator function yet, because I am coffee'd out at the moment, but I think I will enjoy it later on.I have had the chance to try the popcorn function and I was almost alarmed about how neat and nice tasting it was. The portion size is perfect for just a quick snack.What I did was get some good quality beef tallow and Amish popcorn from the store. I put in a one layer thick sheet of corn and enough tallow to cover them. Then put the lid back on. It'll pop due to the steam build up. Use the metal poke stick to move around the popcorn as it pops.After getting it all popped I put them in a bag and added salt and some powdered cheddar cheese. This last one isn't at all necessary for it to be delicious. Its my favorite snack, loads more healthy than eating bagged chips, and more comforting then store bought popcorn. Also, I think the secret is using expensive oil, so don't skip that!

If you have a home movie theater setup, with popcorn machine, this is perfect to share your popcorn with others.We frequently have Movie Nights where family an friends come over. It seems like we never have enough bowls and/or those wax paper popcorn bags (you know the ones that when you sift around inside the bag, makes that paper shuffling noise). When I saw these online, I had to jump on them.The paper popcorn boxes are made from solid thick box type paper. 6 were packaged together, so I got twelve in all, with two 6-pack packages, which is about right for each use occasion. The boxes were folded in and didn’t take much effort to shape them in boxes. The wide lid allows easy dispensing of popcorn using a popcorn scoop with little to no popcorn falling to the side. When serving, everyone appreciates having their own popcorn box, especially for those who like to flavor their popcorn their own way.Shipping was in an envelope but the product came I damaged. I mean it’s cardboard with a some flex, so I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered in a box all on its own.The product is accurate in size and volume from what I could tell. Perfect for movie night!
These containers hold a lot of popcorn! About double the amount that my popcorn bags hold. Our kids really liked having them for movie night. They were very sturdy so you could easily set them down. You do have to mess around with it a bit to keep it's shape after unfolding, but it's easy to do. My kids love them and feel like they are at the movies when we use them. I highly recommend them!
