This meatloaf pan is nice but the one thing, there is a problem taking the meatloaf out of the oven. You can mistakenly spill everything if you hold the pan on both ends…. It’s just not safe because it’s the dripping pan that actually holds the meat loaf. Be careful when pull these pans out of the oven.

I waited a while before writing this review. I wanted to make a few meat loafs with it. It works great, all the grease drained in the bottom pan. Easy clean up as well. Lifted the meat loaf out easily as well. It holds a 2lb meat loaf easily.

Does not disappoint

Finally got to make a meat loaf in this pan last night. It worked beautifully! I used a mixture of ground pork and chuck. Needless to say, it produced a little bit of fat :-). The drain worked wonderfully and what I was left with was a delicious, moist (not greasy) meat loaf that was in the perfect form. Clean-up was a dream. Just drained it and put it in the dishwasher. Couldn't have been easier. Looking forward to the next one!
