I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE... VERY NICE SIZE...PERFECTION WENT INTO MAKING THESE...GREAT QUALITY. WILL LAST FOR MANY YEARS.
These are just like the doilies my grandmother used to have all over the house because she wouldn't set anything directly on the furniture. And she had the neatest one. This reminds me of some she had with the lace around the outside.These are a very nice size and I like the white with the off white almost golden color in the lace around the outside.They are very soft, I even put them in the washer and dryer and they came out great!I put them on all my smaller tables and shelves and they are great. My only issue is the lace around the edge isn't sewn all the way to the edge. So when I put them on a round table, the lace on the top of the table pulls up from the white background. I thought of gluing it down but decided I'd change what I was going to put on it so it sits right on the edge of the lace and holds it down.Other than that these are fantastic and a remembrance of times when I was a child. I am certainly fond of them and will keep an eye out for other vintage doilies in the future.
