Was trying to back pies in a standard pie pan and ended up sticking pretty badly. This pan is awesome and the removable bottom makes un-panning easy and fairly stress free. The rubber fitment price is a little weird and depending on the butter content of your crust/wetness may stick and cause tearing, but otherwise great grab.

Nice pan. BUT, there are no instructions on how to use the crust insert. The package indicates "should you have a question, contact us" but there is NO website, NO phone number, NO info on supplierI bought this particular one because the insert was to help with molding the crust, but it does not work
