Our new favorite beer glasses
Review of ”Pilsner Beer Glasses Bar Glassware, Glasses Drinking Set...":(Please refer to my reviewing guidelines at the bottom of the page).We live on a boat and occasionally like to have a beer on the aft deck or in our tender (small boat) as we're out sunning ourselves. We very much prefer drinking out of a glass rather than can or bottle, and we really like the old tall "Pilsner style" glasses such as these. We normally restrict ourselves to glasses made of plastic because we are on a boat in the wind, waves, and wakes, but these looked like a thicker glass and we thought we'd try them. It turns out the glass itself is fairly thin and likely fragile, but we have used them now on our main boat and I'm very happy to report that they survived the jostling over waves and wakes very well, but of course they are glass so extreme caution is necessary.They are made of a very nice clear glass with a fairly heavy base which helps keep them stable when on a table, and we love how they fit in the hand. The effervescence of a beer also looks very inviting as the bubbles rise in this tall glass. The ad says that they hold 17.5oz but the glasses we received that have the dimensions correctly listed in the ad actually hold 19 fluid oz to overflowing. Just some nice glasses at a decent price
Comes in a styrofoam shipping package. There's no frills about this set when you receive it. I'm a fan of basic packages for mail ordered items, but this, is suuuuper basic. I mean, its a clamshell of styrofoam taped together with packing tape. You are not giving these as a gift to anyone (without repacking them into something nicer) that wouldn't appreciate you giving them a foam cooler from the gas station. That said, there's not much more to say. These are really nice glasses. They are super heavy at the base, and should be great for a variety of beers. They are in a classic restaurant or bar style. I imagine myself having one of these with every nice meal I make at home, or classing up the poker table with friends.

These glasses are junk
These are absolutely not Superior quality as they state. They are very thin glass. I have had these glasses before from a different store which were thick and durable. These are not, which is the reason I sent them back. They have refused to give me a refund stating that the glasses weren't in the box even though the other item I sent back along with it was in the box.
