Color me impressed; they're THICK
Gotta say that I'm impressed. My initial thoughts were, "wow that's expensive, even if it is 500." But after using a couple, I can definitely move past the price. They are very thick. Much thicker than most of the icing bags I've used from Amazon. I haven't tried buttercream yet because this is the slow season, but I have used them to fill deviled eggs, to fill taquitos, and to make macarons, and I have no doubt that they won't bubble or break. These are tough bags. The price is still high to me compared to what I've usually paid, but I can see why. I would recommend these, especially if you've had experience with bags popping on you before.

Thick, Reliable Piping Bags That Deliver
For context, I rate products on a simple scale: 5 stars means I love it, 4 stars means I like it, 3 stars is okay, 2 stars means I didn’t like it, and 1 star means I hated it or think it’s unsafe. These cake decorating piping bags are excellent and honestly a pleasant surprise. They are thick, sturdy, and well made, with seams that do not bust or leak, even when filled with heavier icings or thicker fillings. The material is strong but still flexible, and the lightly textured surface makes them easy to grip while working, even during longer decorating sessions. The size is generous, which I really appreciate. I can decorate cakes and cupcakes, without constantly stopping to refill. I think bakers would love them and be able to use them on all sorts of items. I used several of these over the holidays for a gingerbread house, and also detailed piping work on two cakes and cookies that I had made for Christmas and New Years, and they held up perfectly the entire time. Tips fit well, and I never had an issue with splitting or tearing.I also love that these are disposable. It saves a ton of cleanup time compared to reusable piping bags, especially when working on larger projects. That said, while I didn’t do this, they seem thick enough that you could wash and reuse them if you wanted to be more budget conscious or eco friendly. There are so many included that I didn’t worry about that. The quantity is another big win. You get a large number of bags, packaged in smaller packs rather than one giant bundle, which helps keep them clean and avoids contaminating the whole supply if one pack gets dropped. The value here is excellent, especially considering the quality. I must admit prejudged when I saw the listing and I expected them to be lower quality given the price and quantity, but that was not the case at all. There are so many bags I may not have to ever buy any more of them! These are standard triangle style bags where you cut the tip. They also work well as disposable funnels for liquids, as well as fillings like cream cheese. Just note that these are on the larger side, so make sure that size works for your needs.Overall, these are durable, easy to use, hold a great amount of frosting or other fillings and are priced very well for the quality you get. I’m very happy with them and would absolutely buy them again. This is an easy 5 stars.

Massive amount of bags!
This 500-piece set of piping bags is a lifesaver for anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen. During the recent holidays, I went through my entire supply of bags making cookies, cakes, twice-baked potatoes, and deviled eggs. I even had to use a regular plastic sandwich bag for my last project, which was a messy and poor substitute! IYKYK In my holiday fatigue, I didn't realize at first that this was a 500-count pack. That is a massive amount of bags, I'm not running out any time soon! This would be a perfect choice for professional bakers or anyone who does a lot of holiday hosting. It takes away the stress of realizing you're out of supplies in the middle of a recipe. The bags are made of thick, food-grade plastic that is leak-proof and won't tear easily. However, there is one strange detail, one half of the bag is textured on the outside and smooth on the inside, but the other half is flipped. It feels a bit weird to hold because of this, but the "non-slip" dots do help you keep a good grip while you're squeezing out heavy frosting or potatoes. The 16-inch size holds a lot of filling, so you don't have to refill as often. With the massive amounts I may not bother refilling them, just grab a fresh one. Being disposable means you don't have to spend time scrubbing out greasy bags.(My least favorite part of clean up.) These work just as well for savory cooking as they do for sweet decorating. I haven't experienced any tearing. If you are tired of running out of bags or trying to make do with regular baggies, this is a great buy. Despite the slightly odd texture, the strength and the huge quantity make it a solid addition to any decorators kit.Pros:Huge supply (500 pieces).Strong enough for heavy fillings.Professional grade size.Cons:Finding storage room for 500 bags.

Sturdy little bags that make icing and decorating so much easier!
These are fantastic icing bags! They’re so easy to use, and once you’re done you can just toss it rather than scrubbing icing and making a mess!! They’re durable - my frosting was a little cold, but even with the extra pressure, the bag stayed solid with no ruptured seams. They’re a good size, but I do notice where the cuff is a bit slanted, it tends to leak a bit when very full. So it’s best to underfill and just refill more often. Such a useful little invention that makes baking and decorating so much easier! And with the huge amount of bags that you get, they’re a great value as well. I love them!

Great for Beginners Learning Dessert Decorating
I’m just starting to learn how to decorate my desserts, and these piping bags have been a great beginner-friendly option. The 16-inch size gives plenty of room for buttercream and icing, which means fewer refills while practicing. The bags feel thick and sturdy, not flimsy like some disposable ones. I didn’t have any tearing while squeezing thicker buttercream, which is a big plus when you’re still learning and applying uneven pressure. They’re easy to cut, fit standard piping tips well, and clean up is simple since they’re disposable. For parents or home bakers who want to practice cake or cupcake decorating without committing to reusable bags yet, this set is a solid choice. You get a lot of bags, so mistakes and practice runs don’t feel wasteful.
