A Practical Solution for Pizza Enthusiasts
The Pizza Dough Proofing Box set, featuring 12 stackable containers with lids, is a practical and efficient solution for anyone serious about pizza making. These containers have largely met my expectations, proving to be a valuable asset in my kitchen. One of the highlights of these proofing boxes is their stackable design. It’s a real space-saver, especially when working with multiple batches of dough. This feature helps keep the kitchen organized and makes the proofing process more manageable, especially when dealing with limited counter space. The size of the containers is ideal for individual pizza portions, and they can accommodate different dough sizes, which adds to their versatility. Whether it’s a small personal pizza or a larger family-sized one, these containers have you covered. The lids fit securely, creating an optimal environment for dough proofing. They help in maintaining the right humidity and temperature, essential for achieving that perfect rise and texture in pizza dough. This consistent environment is key to producing high-quality, artisanal pizzas at home. However, there is room for improvement. While the containers are functional, I found the material to be a bit thinner than expected. A sturdier construction would enhance the overall quality and durability of these proofing boxes.TL;DR: The Pizza Dough Proofing Box set is a great tool for home pizza makers. Its stackable, space-saving design and perfect size for individual dough portions make it a worthwhile investment. While the material could be more robust, the overall functionality and convenience of these containers make them a worthy addition to any home kitchen.

Perfect for Proofing Pizza Dough and Storage
I originally bought these in addition to the Kevjes silicone bowls I had already purchased. I thought this set would be the "extra set" and the Kevjes would be the primary set, and that I would only use these when I had to make a ton of dough and would first use all the Kevjes ones. However, after using these for the first time, I actually prefer them to the more expensive Kevjes silicone containers. These containers are a bit larger than the other proofing bowls I had bought, which is great, because if I did a dough ball of 250 grams the other lids would pop off when the dough would rise. These are the perfect size and easily contain a 250 gram ball of dough (no more lids popping off while proofing!).I also use these to hold extra pizza sauce, my cut up mozzarella, etc. They are the perfect containers and I will probably buy more.

Variety of uses; not air tight; slick interior.
Variety of uses; dough proofing, ice container for the ice chest, store snacks in the ice chest, store fresh veggies in the fridge, etc. Lids warp and are NOT air tight, but stay on well enough. Stack with lids on, semi-nestable w/o lids, not too expensive.

Great pizza dough containers!
These are great little containers! I make 12” pizzas and they are the perfect size. I think they would be fine for larger doughs also. I often make pizzas for a crowd in our outdoor Blackstone oven and these containers make it easy to work fast- you just dump the dough out of the container onto the counter and it’s already a perfect circle that just needs to be stretched out. You can also freeze doughs right in these containers and pull them out several hours before baking so they come to room temperature. Much easier than using ziplock bags like I used to.

Great stackable containers
I originally purchased these containers to keep my sourdough in the fridge but they're too small but that's my fault. I have found several other things to use them for. They stack up great and the lid seals the container very well. I am pleased with the quality and for a great price.

Great for pizza dough proofing.
These were a game changer for me. I usually use a proofing box for my pizza dough. After the dough rises, it's a PITA to get the dough out and onto my work surface. I used these containers for proofing. After I balled the dough (250 grams), I wiped the sides with olive oil and put them in the fridge for a cold ferment. I took the dough balls out on the day of my bake and after about 5 minutes, the lids blew off all 12 containers one after the other. It was actually comical. So i placed the lids back on loosely and that worked well. When it came time to make the pizza's, I turned the container over the bowl of flour and they came right out. So easy. I wish I bought them sooner.

Much smaller than described
These containers are too small. I went by the product description and the images that show dimensions. The width of these containers is more than an inch narrower than the product description. Should be 5.31 inches wide but is actually only 4.28 inches wide (see photo.) I chose these containers specifically because they were just the right size for individual pizza dough balls - in reality they're definitely too small.
