So disappointed
I was very disappointed with this pizza oven, especially considering the premium claims made in the product description. While it advertises “restaurant-quality pizza in 90 seconds,” that number is misleading because it completely ignores the extremely long preheating time, which makes quick cooking unrealistic. The electric heating is supposed to be precise, but in practice the temperature feels inconsistent, often resulting in unevenly cooked pizzas. The top cooks too fast while the bottom remains underdone, even with the so-called dual heating control. The preset pizza modes sound impressive, but they don’t deliver noticeably different results. Additionally, the controls feel unintuitive and the timer lacks accuracy. For an oven marketed as a high-end multitasker, it struggles with basic performance and reliability. Overall, this product does not live up to its promises and feels overpriced for what it actually delivers.

Amazing Pizza Oven
We have an outdoor pizza oven, but in South Florida’s summer, nightly rain makes it challenging to use. Our kids love my husband’s homemade pizzas and refuse takeout, so he researched countertop models. He chose this one despite no reviews at the time, reasoning the worst-case scenario was it wouldn’t work. It works well, and he made pizza with it tonight. The best feature for me is that it doesn’t heat up the kitchen, unlike our convection oven, which turns the house into a sauna. We place it on the noodle board over the stove, with the hood exhaust on low, and the back vents keep heat manageable. It takes a while to preheat, which is expected, but maintains even heat distribution for consistent cheese melting and a crunchy crust. The control panel is simple to use. After cooling, I remove the pizza stone, wipe it with water, and sweep out crumbs with a dry rag. My husband is pleased with the consistent pizza quality, and it’s easier for him to cook indoors during rainy or hot weather, avoiding summer heat or thunderstorms.

Super hot, super quick, and super easy to clean!
This is a pretty good pizza oven! It does get really hot. I can’t prove that it gets to the temperature that it says, but it definitely is hotter than a regular oven. The great thing about it, though, is that heat stays inside for the most part. This pizza oven heats the surrounding air much less than any of the other ovens I have, so it’s definitely a win for that. It can pop out of pizza very quickly. I didn’t really experience the 90 second thing, but I definitely got 120 second pizza, let’s say. This is super easy to clean, and it’s convenient that it comes with the peel and the stone. Very happy with this as a first time pizza oven owner.

A Capable Pizza Maker, But Essentially a Second Oven
This countertop electric pizza oven certainly delivers on its core promises. The high heat of 840°F is impressive, and it can indeed cook a 12-inch pizza in a remarkably short amount of time. The presets and touchscreen are nice, modern features, and the included pizza stone and peel are quality accessories that make the process straightforward.In terms of performance, it works. It heats up significantly faster than a conventional oven and produces a consistently cooked pizza. If the goal is just to make pizza quickly, the machine is very effective.However, after putting it to use, a fundamental question comes to mind: what is the point of this appliance if you already have a fully functional oven? When you break it down, it's a functional mini oven. This is just another oven that you can place on your counter. While it's specialized for pizza, the function is the same as the oven you already have in your house. A good pizza stone in a standard oven can produce excellent results as well, it just takes longer to preheat.It's hard to justify the valuable counter space it occupies for something that duplicates the function of a primary kitchen appliance. For someone in a dorm, an RV, or a setting without a full oven, this could be a fantastic solution. But for the average household, it feels like a well-built but ultimately redundant machine. It works, but its necessity is questionable for any kitchen that is already fully equipped.

This pizza oven is junk.
Don’t order this item. The directions are not very good. I did exactly what they said to do and my pizza crust was doughy and the top was not done. The next time I tried to use it the stone was all burnt. I ended up throwing it away. I tried to get in touch with the company with no luck.

A Nightmare to Use
I was really excited to try this pizza oven, but it has been an absolute nightmare. No matter what I do— long preheats, flouring, using semolina —everything sticks to the stone. Beautiful pizzas become destroyed messes. Pizzas tear apart when trying to remove them, and cleanup is a pain. We have done homemade pizza night at our house for over a decade. I thought adding this would increase the fun and taste, but this has been more stress than enjoyment. Very disappointed and would not recommend. It truly turned pizza night into a miserable adventure.

Works great but it is bulky and heavy too.
This pizza oven has a hefty price tag, but it is useful for more than just pizza. I've made cupcakes in it and pie too. It heats up very well but does take a little time to do so. I don't mind it because really, my oven takes a while and is old. I definitely had to get the hang of using the oven because its all digital and I'm not good with technology. But luckily theres a book with it and it was helpful. The only thing I don't like is the amount of space it takes. Its geared to be on a counter top, but it really takes up almost all of the space, so keep that in mind. Overall it is worth the price once you learn how to use it properly, but be prepared for some serious learning.
